Facilities

Preserve the Tradition Museum of Natural History is a collection of wildlife artifacts and collectibles of museum quality, displayed for public view.  A nominal tour donation will be charged per person to support basic maintenance  expenses.  

This is also an ideal destination for groups  such as:

  • schools,
  • youth organizations (4H clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, church youth groups),
  • sportsmen clubs,
  • veterans, and
  • senior citizens.

The museum displays, an upstairs  conference room (capacity - 50 persons), and the campus surrounding Preserve the Tradition combine to make a perfect setting for anyone who may be planning bus tours, school outings, family picnics or classes on hunter education, wildlife and shooting sports.   Outside facilities include a playground area, campfire ring, archery ranges and hiking trails.   Organizations have used this unique location for

  • historical society rendezvous,
  • banquets,
  • picnics,
  • club meetings,
  • retirement parties.
